A customer in the healthcare industry needed a company with the specialized experience and technological capabilities to design and build an important emergency telephonic dialer. Outsource Industries, Inc. was contracted to perform all of the required work, utilizing our electronic engineering capabilities to meet the custom requirements for this unit, which is used to alert that an elderly person needs assistance. Manufacturing was carried out utilizing in house injection molding equipment as well as surface mount technology (SMT) for circuit boards. Materials included fiberglass circuit boards and plastic. The completed part displayed a plastic finish. Final measurements were 8" x 4" x 4", fabricated holding a ±.002" tolerance. Comprehensive in house testing was performed to ensure quality and accuracy.

30,000 units were completed after a turnaround time of 60 to 90 days and shipped to various locations throughout the United States.
